Anonymous has asked: first i want to start by stating that your blog is exactly what im been looking for it gives me information and motivation :) As for my question from my understanding you cant spot reduce , what im looking for is just the oposite how do you work out without downsizing on things like your breasts and glutes?

When you’re working out there is always a risk of downsizing your breast since it is made of fat, that’s something we can’t unfortunately control, that’s why a lot of fitness models have a fake breast, they have such a low body fat %, so what I do is that I dont work with heavy weights for my upper body, I barely work on my upper body to be honest, only my abs, as for the butt, doing squats will make it look bigger and perkier
